I would not recommend this company as it is almost impossible to speak to someone. Everything has to be done online. My car broke down and I phoned the breakdown number only to be told that I had to report the breakdown online! I had to pay £42.00 upfront if the car has to be towed to a garage of my choice. The car didn't need to be towed but One Call did not automatically refund the money as I had to chase them up. They also put me on auto renewal when I didn't opt for this. I found insurance elsewhere as they also substantially increased the cost of my car insurance only to give me a lower quote when I phoned them to cancel the auto renewal. I won't be returning to them because they don't people to speak to you and their website makes it clear that they don't want people phoning.
