I was approached by the provider "One Call" just before the expiry date on my insurance policy. I was given a quote which was much better than than my existing policy and I accepted the quote. All in all was a great experience and I was very happy with the caller (SM9) and her ability to provide me all the answers to my questions. I only hope that the quote will not be increased when it comes to renewing it like before.
