I already had a home insurance policy with OneCall and was due to renew. The renewal they sent was £35 more expensive than last year so I went online and looked at other policies which I could get cheaper for the same cover. I contacted OneCall to see if they could do anything about my renewal price and they reduced it to what I was happy to pay. I was very happy with the service and Becky (RT6) was extremely polite and professional. I'm glad I didn't have to leave them and go elsewhere!
