I already have motor insurance with this provider. I tried to access their web site to obtain household cover, but was unable to complete the transaction because of my poor internet connection.
I contacted by phone and although I do have a hearing impediment my inquiry was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Kimberly ,who explained in plain English the options available for my policy and helped with suggestions for contents cover etc.
Overall a very pleasant experience without any hard sell tactics.
