I had to make a claim in the last 12 months for repairs to flooring following a leak in under floor heating pipes. My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently over the phone and I was sent a cheque to cover the repairs. Fearing a large increase in my premium for this current year on renewal I was very pleased with the premium quoted for 2015 and was happy to stay with One Call. There was a minor problem with my renewal - the credit card used last time was no longer valid - but a call to Laura Hulley (Ref LH5) sorted this out. She was very thorough and went through the details of my new policy (with Aviva) before taking my payment for the next year. Overall I would certainly recommend One Call to friends and family.
