Called One Call for a renewal. Was surprised (and a bit put back) to learn that I had to pay an extra £30 on top of the premium for my renewal, whether I cancelled and re-joined or just renewed. So I took my bat and ball home and said I would find another Insurance company. After a few days looking at different quotes (Some twice as expensive and other around the same price. But non cheaper (even with the £30 added). On contacting One Call I was put through to a fabulous lady, who explained everything in detail and even though I completed my quote over the phone rather than on line. I was charged the on line price. Even the price was low. I was given virtually the same cover as that of the more expensive companies. On completing my policy it was sent to me by email almost immediately. While reading through the policy I realised I hadn't covered my self for Family Legal cover. I contacted One Call straight away and explained my problem. I was immediately put at rest and was able to get my extra cover (Obviously for extra cost), but without having to go through all my bank details again. I was also very pleased by the way One Call staff take your card details. The numbers of the card and the security number are all done by touch key to protect your card from fraud. (Great system). I have been very pleased with One Call from start to finish and would recommend them to everyone.
