Communication was good....I pre arranged Jessica Revis to contact me at a convenient time where everything was checked. The only thing that I didn't get all the information was over the Breakdown cover....I didn't realise it cost £20 for a call out and just thought it covered home start, roadside and onward travel and also wasn.t aware it was limited to 2 call outs. I only realised when I got my documents.
