During the renewal of my Home insurance I had to speak with a representative of One call Insurance an Adam Jackson. I have to say from the outset Adam was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient during the telephone call. He explained each step of the renewal system and was very clear on his explanation of what was happening as he typed my renewal request.
