Had a query about changing a statement of fact on my policy, did have to hold while operator contacted my insurer, but advice given and policy booklet emailed to me. The information sent did not give me the confirmation I required but I was advised that there are records of this at One Call, would be helpful to have this confirmation myself.
Operator LC1 was helpful and understood and managed my query well.
