Our Home insurance was not straight forward so I needed to speak to someone on the phone. Adam (AJ5) was really helpful and was thorough, making sure that the policy was exactly what I needed. If he was unsure of anything he made calls to the insurer which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was correct. As I live away from my hometown of Sheffield it was also lovely to hear the Yorkshire accent
