Would NOT recommend this insurance provider. All communications have been laborious. Multiple requests for information were satisfied yet no one seemed to be updating the systems at One Call, this lead to numerous letters threatening to cancel my policy, this continued even after I'd spoken to multiple people and had uploaded documents numerous times to their online portal.
Overall a very poor, dissappointing and increasingly frustrating process.
