Applied for car insurance online and thought it would be as simple as it has always been, until i received an email the next day asking to phone onecall to confirm a few details over the phone then i found myself going through the whole application again providing the same information that i had already supplied the night before.. I did find customer advisor JR7 very helpful though as she asked for the extra documentation to be sent to her and she would personally sort them out herself...
