This will be my third year with One Call. I obtained my first year's cover via Moneysupermarket.com. As the renewal date approached I did a further check on the website and using the information provided I telephoned One Call to discuss renewal options. I was happy with the advice/guidance offered by your member of staff (Ref EM1) and as a result was ready to proceed with another year's cover. Doing most of the process online or by phone is most convenient for me.
