Aaron was very rude to me and not very helpful. When I ask to speak to line manager he insist that he did not done anything wrong and I do not need to speak to him/her! Then he put me on hold and kept me waiting for ages! Due to that will not insure with your company again and will write a feedback on every possible web site to worn everyone about your customer service! I never had such a bad experience from someone who should try to help you. Hope will never have to deal with Aaron again! I strongly thinking of complaining about him and the experience!
