I spoke to a nice lady EM1who went through the policy with me. I saw the policy through internet website moneysupermarket.com. It takes a while on the telephone to go through everything that is already on the internet but I could not use the internet web link to go through to One Call to confirm and pay for the policy. I appreciate your call centres are busy but they really need to slow down a little when reading their script so that one can hear and digest what is being said. She was able to access the on line account I was on and helped me from what she could see. I am happy with the policy. I already have car insurance through One Call and expected a discount but the price was still kept the same. Overall a good experience. It is what it is!
