The process was made easy and the instructions were clear on what was required. Layla was very patient as at one time the line was poor. At all times she made sure I was ok to take the call and gave me chance to ask any questions, She asked for my reassurance of what was proposed. The price of the product was very good and it was a refreshing change to speak to a UK person at the telephone.
