Happy with your service apart from an standard email I received from you saying my renewal had not gone through.
The email looked like a hoax. It didn't address me properly, just "Dear Customer". It didn't have any logos nor any signature or contact details. Just a phone number.
I'd recommend that you have a more professional looking email. I was tempted to trash it thinking it must be hoax. It was not until I verified the phone number matched your website phone number that I realised that it wasn't.
