Excellent service, renewed with no problems and they found us a new insurer at 15% less than last year. Phoned to query a few points and the consultant ( LC1) was really helpful, efficient and quick in dealing with my concerns . She also informed us that we could substantially reduce the compulsary excesses for a small additional monthl charge.
Overall great service, would recommend One call with no hesitation.
