The difficult bit was waiting for the call to be answered. One I went through the different options I was left waiting with no up dates. The first time after waiting some 15 minutes before hanging up similar the send time on the same evening. I did get through quite quickly the following night. I suggest you provide some information service of where the caller is in the queue or a recorded message that the call is important to the company and the call will be answered ASAP! Having said the above once I got through the service I received from AJ5 was first class.
