Yesterday I was annoyed with one call because of 14 people in the queue and I contacted you online to be told to ring up. I thought this very unsatisfactory at the time, but today I got through straight away and a young lady Kimberly sorted me out efficiently and swiftly. For an older person persistently ringing can be very stressful so you need to support online contact too. Thank you Susan Daniel-McElroy
