I rand and spoke to KB6 with a few queries before renewing my home insurance policy. Every query was answered politely and efficiently, where KB6 could not give anaswer straight away she consulted with her immediate manager and came back with the answer. One particular question required instructions from the insurance provider and she contacted me the following day with the answer, her helpfulness in providing me with answers was very much appreciated and I then decided to take up the policy feeling she had had helped me.
