The process was no more painful than rattling off all the usuals to any other insurance company or broker.
The guy I spoke with was polite but some of the information was given very quickly and it left me asking for things to be repeated. That said, I do have some sympathy for anyone in this sort of job. Having to repeat the same thing again and again has to be just a bit brain-numbing.
The best thing about One Call Insurance is definitely the price.
