The process was no more painful than rattling off all the usuals to any other insurance company or broker.
I spoke with Samuel Wells (SW1) who was polite and very helpful but some of the information was given very quickly and it left me asking for things to be repeated. That said, I do have some sympathy for anyone in this sort of job. Having to repeat the same thing again and again has to be just a bit brain-numbing.
The best thing about One Call Insurance is definitely the price.
