Adam was very professional and had the patience to run me through most of the policy which I found a good experience.
I did call earlier in the day to another of his colleagues and I nearly walked away as she was so rude. I don't have her name for reference but it is probably in the recordings...
Basically, I cooled off and called later then Adam convinced me with his attitude that this indeed was the right company to use.
