Very simple to set up by phone as I could set online ( possibly a temp issue).The lady was clear about what was covered and ran through the policy after answering the question to ensure the policy was right for us.
Confirmation was received via text and email almost immediately.
No fuss, No hidden extras. Makes a nice change, I would recommend
