After getting an on-line quote, I received an e-mail from a One Call agent (JR7) inviting me to telephone her for further information. On making the call I was immediately connected to the agent, who was courteous, friendly and spoke very nicely. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and fully. Normally I avoid using the telephone if at all possible, but buying this Motor Insurance policy through One Call Insurance was a truly pleasant experience - and they came in about 25% cheaper than my previous insurer!
