Was not impressed to find that the "One Call" number at the top of the website was not the correct number for House Insurance, after being on hold for five minutes on that number. I couldn't find anywhere on my policy screen to tell me different.
However, The staff were very polite and apologetic about the situation and my query was resolved very quickly, once I'd been advised of the correct number.
