Claimed for a Dell laptop that was still in warranty but Dell would not repair under warranty because the case had a small dent. Laptop was collected by Value Direct and they could not get parts so settled by providing a ceque for the v
alue of laptop minus excess. All professionally dealt with. Very impressed - didn't even need to complete a claims form.
