Needed to call customer service with reference to a renewal letter, MB9 answered the phone almost immediately, grasped the content of my enquiry straight away, confirmed her response with the underwriter while I waited and resolved the issues in a quick and effective manner, not the often encountered hours waiting to get through and then being passed from pillar to post I have experienced with other insurance providers.
Very satisfied with the service on this occasion.
