I havent made a claim with One Call so cannot comment other than I've been very satisfied with the contact I have had with them. I particularly like the idea of a guaranteed premium for 3 yrs. It was brought to my attention recently by one of their customer service agents that the excess I was paying was more than the cost of the policy, for a small fee they dropped that excess by half.
