I used One Call last year. When this years premium came through, I did my usual comparison via comparison sites. Comparable cheapest offer was £30 cheaper. I contacted One Call And spoke to AJ5, the young man at the end of the phone. He was courteous, ,polite and made every effort to be of help. We discussed what my needs were and he came up with an offer, just £4 more than The offer on line. The final decision was made on : known insurance company, price, UK call centres, speed and efficiency of call AND NO PREMIUM RATE PHONE NUMBER (have you ever been kept on hold by these people?)
