took out insurance with one call insurance sent no claims and license, 2 weeks later they stole money from account stating there was a claim , (rubbish) told them to cancel , got my insurance from my original company.
They retained my credit card details and last 3 numbers which is illegal,and stole money from my account.
one call insurance costomer service is a joke they cant deal with complaints , so they just put the phone down, one call insurance should be kicked of insurance websites,Do not use one call insurance
