i have never claimed on my house insurance in 25 years. But unfortunately my wife lost her engagement ring whilst on holiday on a beach. we found the service, helplines and communication 1st class and the claim was dealt with very quickly and very professionally. My wife is now the owner of a brand new diamond ring she keeps showing off.. Although she still misses the original one because of the sentimental value....
