I would like to say that it was a pleasure speaking to the username EM1 with regards to my home insurance renewal. It was not a simple renew as I am also in the middle of an existing claim and the issue can become very confused. However, I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly the issue was understood and also was followed up with different teams to get clarifications and also able to provide a competitive quote to meet my needs....
