This is the first time i have used one call and obtained a quote online but needed to verify a few things and confirm the cover. i found the agent Ashleigh( AG3) very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the phone and i think her professionalism reassured me to purchase the insurance on this occasion as i was wary about using an unknown broker. thank you
