This review is more to deal with changing the vehicle on the policy and I must say that both SH4 and CL4 were more than helpful and gave us all the information we required to make an informed choice. They were very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. would be more than happy to communicate with either of these two people should we need to get in touch again. About when we came back from a weekend away (May 24th) and found the windscreen had been smashed criminally whilst away, all the customer service person could say was that it was a bank holiday week-end and we would be unable to get assistance until after the bank holiday. We therefore had to call for assistance ourselves from family to get us home.
