Had to wait 5 minutes because I was 21st in the queue, but I did and the guy I picked up was quick, thorough and solved my question.
Car Insurance is a minefield which covers most companies. One has the be wary of "bribes" - e.g. first year free breakdown.
But I feel One Call really do try and put the customer first.
They definitely helped me a year ago, after I'd had a hit and run accident and my former insurance company did not help me at all.
