It's just a pity I couldn't have been offered the renewal of my policy at the reduced offer in the first instance. It would have saved me a lot of time on comparison websites. However, the customer service assistant was very efficient and I had hardly any time on hold before my call was picked up.
When I was asked to hold on to receive important information, I found the recorded voice spoke rather too quickly and seemed to rush through the information.
