We ordered a taxi booked for midnight for two adults and two children under 12. The youngest being 6. We booked our taxi at 7pm and the taxi didn’t show. We had to call more than four times in total to find out where our taxi was and all times were told it was enough route to us which it wasn’t. Nearly an hour after it’s due time it finally arrived. Worst taxi firm ever. Completely understaffed! Why bother taking bookings if you can’t fulfil them. Lancaster council has to take action to bring better service. Because this encourages people to drink drive!!
