“I pre booked 3 taxi's for Sat 26th Nov a return journey, paid upfront £90 for all taxi's. Taxi's going was fab can't fault then turned up in time, the return journey was for 11.30, one turned up and the other 2 at 12.30 still hadn't arrived to be told when I phoned many times that it doesn't matter that I pre paid they can't guarantee them for the time asked. We stood for over an hour with 3 kids in the cold. In the end we got a lift home with someone and this disgusting company will not refund us for the taxi's that didn't turn up. Would never recommend them to anyone.”

Don’t use this company. We ordered a taxi a few days ahead for 6am to catch 6:29 train to airport, very important for long distance flight. After repeated calls the taxi was eventually sent leaving us 1 minute to get the train. VERY STRESSFUL. This is a shamefully greedy and badly organised company. We will NOT use again.”

“We ordered a taxi booked for midnight for two adults and two children under 12. The youngest being 6. We booked our taxi at 7pm and the taxi didn’t show. We had to call more than four times in total to find out where our taxi was and all times were told it was enough route to us which it wasn’t. Nearly an hour after it’s due time it finally arrived. Worst taxi firm ever. Completely understaffed! Why bother taking bookings if you can’t fulfil them. Lancaster council has to take action to bring better service. Because this encourages people to drink drive!!”
“This is a story of two halves. Taxi chap from Lebanon picked us up from hotel and dropped to restaurant next to their taxi office. Lovely chap, really knowledgeable. So naturally after dinner we went directly into the office next door for our return ride. My word, the dark haired woman behind the desk was SO rude. I have never been spoken to in the way she spoke to me. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was incredibly rude and unnecessary. Needless to say we walked out and used a different taxi company. Desperately sad for the chap who picked us up on the ride in as he’s definitely wasted being associated with this company. AVOID!”
