We ordered a taxi at 10.15pm at night we were confirmed that we would get a taxi at 12.05am when the taxi didn’t arrive and we asked where the taxi was we were told that we were being rude even though we were just asking where the taxi was and because we quried it we were told we were rude when we weren’t all we were doing is questioning where the taxi was then they said we were rude and cancelled the taxi, very horrible person on the call saying that we were rude when they were being rude
