0800 is an Absolute Joke.
1st engineer visit 28th Jan. main motor seal gone, ordered a new main motor.
2nd engineer visit 7th Feb, a faulty part was supplied, another visit needed.
3rd engineer visit booked for the 17th Feb.
What kind of an operation is this???
I’ll pay someone else to fix it.
