- The course is for people who don't have any HR, Payroll or Excel experience.
- Old legislation - we no longer use P46, GDPR updates are not mentioned.
- The Recruitment course contains basic mistakes like: we are not asking candidates about past or current health conditions, or marital status, age. etc - all this can come across as discriminatory.
I would say the course definitely has to be reviewed and updated.
