Such a smooth process. At the end I had a minor problem with a payment but I used ‘live chat’ and was instantly connected to an agent who satisfactorily resolved my problem within a minute. He was extremely polite and knew exactly what to do. Had a first class experience with Alpha Academy and personally I cannot praise them enough. In fact 10/5 would be more suffice from my experience.
