Loved doing the course but waited 6 days sometimes just for a reply customer service was good they called when I had an issue but this was the only issue I had you mailed them and then the customer service contacts the tutor well that can take afew days for a reply then if it is not the answer you need you have to wait another 4 days for a reply all in mind you only get 30 days for the trial for rye course I iam doing I haven't even completed the course but felt the waiting time is way too long could surely be improved its frustrating when you want it done with consistency there is no consistency here
