Support centre first contact was extremely rude and put the phone down, now on hold for 48 minutes and counting! Message says 'we are still assisting other customers' so I assume they have a very high volume of complaints or they simply keep the call on hold hoping you will ring off.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
