excellent customer service really made the effort to put your mind at rest, asked loads off questions and got lots of sensible answers bakck, visited the factory where all the parts are made, always made the effort to make you feel welcome, very honest family run firm with Dad Robin then Pam, William, the installer Alasdair who worked like a trojan, trully amazing how he himself installed the canopy over 2 days,
