Said pkg was del but never rec’d. cust serv useless. Addressed using NC zip code for Iowa delivery. Total scam. I needed to know which courier del in order to find out where the pkg was but this company kept giving me the info I already had and kept saying they were not the shipper and I should contact the shipper. I needed the courier info and the shipper told me to contact 17track. Stay away. Far away from this company.
