“My package was never delivered although I have been told it has. I purchased my item early July and I have yet to receive clear communication about where my package is, while also have been told it has arrived 3 weeks ago, but I was not notified of any attempted delivery and haven't received anything.”

“17 track is a total scam. I’ve ordered 2 things in the past 2 months that never arrived that they said were delivered. The last one wasn’t even marked as delivered until I complained and then it was retroactively marked delivered for 9 days earlier. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they won’t refund because the tracking info says delivered. Once might be a mistake, twice in a row is a scam.”

“Worst service ever. You reach out to them because package has been on the way for over 49 days and they send you back an automated email. You continue emailing back and they wait 3 to 4 days to send you back your email unanswered. Worst customer service ever. They can’t give you any information because they have no idea whom the courier is. Horrendous!!!!!!”

“According to the tracker item was marked delivered. The company had contact details, mobile and email however nothing was used to contact. Item was dropped off at an unknown location. I think this company is fraudulent and item may have been stolen because of them.”

“According to the tracker I should have received my knee scooter several days ago. However, even though the tracker says delivered the item has not arrived. I have had the surgery and no scooter to mobilise with. Apparently this type of abysmal service is not unusual for 17 tract. When clients depend on a delivery service, they fully expect to receive the goods. I have no idea why seller's keep using them. I demand a refund for the knee scooter. No photos added as I have not received anything!!!”
