“Thankfully I got my money back through paypal, but 17track was oddly the only one who could find this tracking number, it was marked as delivered at like 11pm my time. It was not delivered.”

“With the assistance of treblesltd[dot]com I was able to recover my losses after being robbed of €250,000. I highly recommend getting in touch with them for help if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.”

“I was scammed by a Chinese fake website, they used 17Track.net to fool me about the shipment. It was never sent, and it's all fake. The fake Chinese website is now down, and no longer reachable.”

“This company is a scam! You buy a chinese product and they use this website to "track" your package. This makes you think the product is "In route". However, it never arrives. This is a total rip off. Hope this helps people who were smarter than me!”

“The worst company in the world. Please DO NOT use this company for any reason at all. Their shipments never arrive and then it’s a hassle to get a refund. Please spread the word, THEY ARE NOT A SUITABLE COMPANY!! One’s packages will never be received! Not sure how they are still in business. Today date is 01/11/2025.”

“OH NO No No I am giving 00000 for every star they want us to give, as taking way to long, and getting concerned - I've ordered a package that is coming from China, and it seems the updates I'm getting after I check my tracking number every few hours now, and it seems to be getting closer FINALLY to my address after ordering it early Dec 2024, and after not receiving any information straight away about the parcel tracking number, I e-mailed the company to which I bought item from directly and stated I was not happy it had not arrived and have no information to go with regarding about my parcel shipment, I received an e-mail with the 17Track tracking system, and I check for details, but being it's the festive holidays, I'm giving in to the reason for late delivery- but after reading all these reviews, I am NOW worried I too have may have been scammed, I truly hope not, though I am getting concerned, I will see what happens one it say it's delivered - as cameras will prove otherwise :(”

“Total scam. This is a fake tracking site used by scam vendors to make you think something is actually in transport. The site I stupidly brought from was qtvsshop.shop from a Facebook ad. It all looked American and never said it would be shipped from China. Beware of FB and Instagram ads. There’s a whole web of fake support sites involved as well, including cshelp.vip and sservice.shop”

“TOTAL SCAM. After many emails and threatening to do a chargeback the following day they said it was delivered. Tracking stated delivered at 14:21 in the 8th January. Well I am typing this review at 07;28am on the 8th January seven hours in the future they’re saying it was delivered. Total scammers. Chargedback coming and I hope they get closed down. Chinese Bastards.”
